Robert P. Greene, Chairman
Mr. Greene started Cypress Management in 2010 and overlooks every aspect of the business. Mr. Greene’s educational background includes a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri in 1983. He began working in the property management business in 1984 and since that time, has served in a variety of positions and managed thousands of units.
Clayton Greene, President
Clayton Greene is an experienced property management professional with over a decade in the industry. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with an emphasis in Real Estate and currently manages a portfolio of more than 250 doors. Clayton is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Missouri.
Rhonda Cowan, Leasing Manager
Ms. Rhonda Cowan has been with Cypress Management since 2015. She is currently the Property Manager for Brookside Apartments.
Ms. Cowan is a licensed real estate agent with over 25 years of experience in the industry. This experience has allowed her to develop a deep knowledge of design, contracts, and maintenance. She is also known for her excellent communication skills.
