Robert P. Greene, President
Mr. Greene started Cypress Management in 2010 and overlooks every aspect of the business. Mr. Greene’s educational background includes a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri in 1983.
He began working in the property management business in 1984 and since that time, has served in a variety of positions within the Gannon International family of companies, including president of Gannon Management.
He became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Gannon International. In this capacity, Mr. Greene was responsible for the administration of day-to-day operations, including the financial controls and administrative services provided to the affiliated entities. His prior accomplishments at each previous position has been a huge benefit for the success of Cypress Management.
Stephanie Zouglas, CPA & CFO
Mrs. Zouglas has been actively involved in the accounting field for over 10 years and joined the Cypress Management Team in 2010, at its inception. She is currently responsible for managing the accounting department, maintaining internal controls for the properties and overseeing all financial reporting.
Mrs. Zouglas’ early days in the industry were spent at a local mid -sized firm, where she served as a trained expert in public accounting with a focus on the Real Estate and Home Building Industries. There, she provided multiple clients with exceptional service, prepared tax returns and GAAP financials. Mrs. Zouglas holds a BS in Accounting from Fontbonne University and obtained her CPA license in 2011.
